Abstract:

CYCLEBAR Strathcona has graciously provided their space to the SPE Calgary Section to check out their spin classes with CycleStar Virginia Van Buskirk! [Typically, classes would carry a $29.00 drop-in value] Lets get active indoors and in a COVID-19 safe environment where all proper precautions and rules will be in place. Masks required, except when on the bike behind the plexiglass, and there are currently temperature checks at the door.

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 min before the scheduled class time for fitting and bike adjustments, general instructions & to warm up!

Change rooms and bathrooms are available, but during the pandemic people are arriving and leaving with their gym/workout clothes on to avoid creating traffic areas.

Riding for a "Cause" Win the chance to donate 50% of the registration fees to the charity that means the most to you! We will do a draw picking one lucky rider from each class and we will make a donation to their "Charity of Choice" on their behalf!
