Calgary is in the midst of the opioid crisis. As substance abuse and addiction issues continue to increase, representatives from the Calgary Dream Centre would like to provide an informative session for individuals experiencing or have loved ones in addiction. The more awareness we have in understanding addiction, the more empowered we are as a community to support individuals struggling with addiction.
Chris Sciberras is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Masters of Counselling from the University of Calgary and a Bachelors of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. For the past decade, Chris has worked extensively with youth, adults, and families in a variety of capacities, with a focus on mental well-being and addiction recovery. Chris is the Mental Health Clinician and Program Director at the Calgary Dream Centre and works with clients in providing supports and resources in creating a life worth living.
