Caralyn is a dynamic leader with 35 years of experience in the Canadian energy sector. Alongside her mandate at GLJ, she is tremendously active serving on multiple boards and committees where she brings her considerable expertise in emerging technology, energy diversification, sustainability practices, business collaboration, strategy and governance to the table.
Her impressive list of accolades has accrued as a direct result of her relentless focus and tenacious approach to her work’s mission. Caralyn wants to see Canada claim its place as the global leader in innovative and responsible energy development, an aim she pursues with passion and optimism. She believes wholeheartedly in Canada’s tremendously talented workforce and wants to build a future where they receive the appreciation and recognition they deserve. She is a self-described serial collaborator who believes diverse perspectives and inclusion efforts are essential to ensuring agility, progress and resilience.
